Founded in 2007, One for One Chicago is proud to offer wrap-around services for young people ages 16-24 as they develop employability and social-emotional skills. The youth are capable and willing individuals, eager to learn and grow and we are grateful for the contributions they are making to the community and beyond. At One For One Chicago, our programming combines hands-on experiences, career-focused workshops, and individualized mentorship to help young people strengthen their leadership, build real-world skills, and stay connected to opportunity. From working in our community garden to exploring financial literacy and career pathways, youth are not just participating—they are leading, problem-solving, and showing up for themselves and each other.
