Join us for cocktails, dinner, inspiring stories, and an exciting auction and paddle raise—all in support of Chicago’s next generation of leaders.

Together, we’ll honor and celebrate the purpose and progress of One For One young adults. Every internship, workshop, assignment, and conversation in our program is designed with intention to strengthen leadership, build real-world skills, and connect youth to lasting opportunities and employment.

Every dollar raised directly supports young adults ages 16–24 as they grow into resilient leaders ready to shape the future.

One For One Chicago is deeply rooted in supporting the holistic development of Chicago’s youth by providing tailored interventions toward employability, job placement, and social-emotional growth that fosters their awareness and value to break free from the generational cycles of violence and disenfranchisement. Serving youth who primarily reside on the West Side of Chicago, we believe in providing meaningful opportunities for skill-building, mentorship, and personal development to equip youth with the tools they need to succeed in today's society and contribute to the overall well-being and resilience of our communities.
